In 2015 I joined RESPECT, a.s. from an insurance company where I was responsible for cooperation with brokers. It was only a matter of time before I moved from the position of an insurance company representative to the client representative side.I answered an advertisement and came for an interview, which was conducted with me in the first round by the director of the HR department and in the second round my future supervisor was present. After the second round I was offered the position and was happy to accept.

I started out as a Junior Broker in a small department that specialized in claims insurance. I quickly found myself in this segment of insurance protection, learning new things and solving unfamiliar situations every day, gaining experience and educating myself. I enjoyed it from day one, and that hasn't changed in over 4 years. At the moment I am working as a Claims Broker, managing insurance programs of more than 100 different clients in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with all clients I deal with the daily agenda of claims management and as a claims adjuster I also handle insurance claims from the risk of non-payment of corporate claims.

I like the fact that RESPECT, a.s., creates such an environment and atmosphere for its employees that everyone can do their best work, whether it is working conditions, benefits or education, etc.

I have a little daughter who takes care of my mental well-being and relaxation by spending time with me every day after I come back from work, building castles with me, watching cartoons with Mole and I get a great headache during these activities.
