Na základě doporučení jsem se dostavil na pohovor k tehdejším jednatelům společnosti RESPECT Ostrava s.r.o. Pohovor se nesl v přátelském duchu a na jeho konci mi byla nabídnuta pozice v oddělení likvidace pojistných událostí. Možnost pracovat na pozici likvidátora se mi ihned zalíbila a jelikož jsem měl tehdy 21 let, bylo prakticky ihned rozhodnuto.

I started under the leadership of Karel Antošík as a claims assistant, after a few years of experience I became a regular claims adjuster. In 2013, there was a change in the management of our branch, when I got the opportunity to be fully responsible for the operation of the claims department in Ostrava. My current job is also to supervise the liquidation of individual branches across the Czech Republic. What I enjoy most about my job is its variety, every working day is different and you never know what the next one will bring.

I have been with the company for 11 years so I can see how it is changing and growing in all areas. Above all, it adapts to the times and modern trends and I consider this a big plus, as evidenced by our success in the Insurance Broker of the Year survey and others. Of course, I also appreciate the many benefits offered to employees.

Uchazeč o práci v RESPECTu by měl být především dobře informovaný o společnosti a pozici, na kterou se uchází. Určitě bych mu doporučil, aby načerpal alespoň základní znalosti z dané oblasti, o kterou má zájem, a na pohovor tak přišel dobře připravený a především s úsměvem, neboť s ním jde všechno líp.
