I have been with the company since September 2000, before that I worked in a government office and was looking for a more dynamic job and of course a better salary. I was invited for an interview by my former HR manager to the company's former headquarters in Sazka, after a short introduction Mr. Zdeněk Reibl, the director, came and the rest of the interview was conducted directly with him. I was probably an adequate candidate, as I was hired into the IT department.

I don't think you can talk much about working in the insurance industry in my position. I like the way the company I am employed by is growing and thriving, which I try to contribute to, not only by supporting IT systems, but also by cooperating in the expansion of workplaces in branches or by cooperating with a construction company in the reconstruction of the company's building.

It is a dynamically developing company that makes extensive use of IT, so there is always something to do. I like loyalty and thanks to the stability of the company I can repay it.
