The award ceremony for the 21st annual professional poll Insurance Company of the Year and Insurance Broker of the Year 2021 took place on Wednesday 25 May 2022 at the CNB under the auspices of CNB Deputy Governor Tomáš Nidetzky.
RESPECT took the first place in the Insurance Broker category for the third time in the last five years, thus consolidating its position in the TOP 3 best insurance brokers on the Czech market. The excellent result also reflects the long-term satisfaction with our service among clients and insurers.
The expert jury assessed several criteria, including:
- quality of documents supplied to the insurance company,
- the professional level of communication between the broker and the insurance company,
- the service provided and the style of communication between the broker and the client,
- expertise in insurance administration.
