RESPECT employees initiated a company-wide fundraiser for Moravia at the beginning of the summer and within a few days raised an impressive CZK 100,000 among themselves. RESPECT subsequently doubled this amount.
After careful mapping of the situation and suggestions from employees, we decided to donate the entire amount to the U Červených domků elementary school in Hodonín, which was very noticeably affected by the tornado.
In August, a friendly meeting took place between our sales director Michal Gáll and the school's headmaster Antonín Slezák, which was mainly a symbolic presentation of a cheque worth CZK 200,000 for the reconstruction and equipment of the school.
We wish all the teachers of the primary school a lot of strength and positive energy for the new school year that has just started, and the pupils not only a successful start, but most importantly a whole school year without any restrictions.
Primary School U Červených domků has expanded language and physical education classes and has produced, among other things, many successful athletes. One of them is this year's Olympic medalist in javelin throw Vítězslav Veselý. Congratulations!
